Julie Valenti, owner and founder of A Beautiful You Skincare, is a NYS Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician. Julie has been serving the Central New York area for over 12 years. Throughout her career, she has built a solid foundation with extensive training with advanced certifications in the aesthetic industry. Julie has received advanced medical aesthetic trainings in multiple modalities, and has trained and worked chair side with doctors and plastic surgeons throughout her career – becoming a leader in the industry. Julie launched A Beautiful You Skin Care in 2010. She focuses on her client’s individual needs and beauty goals. A Beautiful You Skin Care’s mission is becoming the vehicle in achieving client’s natural beauty based on individual needs and desires, and enhancing confidence and self-assurance . By providing the highest level of service, Julie ensures clients receive the most advanced skin care products and services. In addition to her aesthetics practice, she is a certified Reiki practitioner and yoga instructor. Outside of running her business, she has three boys, Nicholas, Luke, and Sammy and enjoys spending time with family. She loves to exercise, and explore the beauty of nature with her Bernese Mountain Dog, Lila.

Medical Aesthetician, Nana LaFleur began her career in aesthetics 25 years ago studying with renowned European aesthetician Svetlana Romanova. Nana’s aesthetics career has been supported and enhanced by her nursing degree completed in Yerevan, Armenia. Nana relocated to the United States in 1992, where she went on to continue her training obtaining a license in aesthetics and cosmetology. She spent her career servicing upscale salons and medical spas. Nana is trained in laser, microneedling, radio frequency, HydraFacial, and plasma pen. She specializes in anti-aging treatments for the face and body. Nana resides in Syracuse with her two boys, Dylan and David. With her family’s support, Nana is excited to start this new journey with A

Adrianne has been practicing as a licensed Medical Aesthetician for 10 years. She has always had a strong passion for skincare and the beauty industry. She finally made the passion a career after completing her aesthetics program. Now she can share what she loves about skincare by making people feel confident in their own skin no matter what the challenge may be.

Over the past 5 years, Adrianne has worked along side a renowned doctor, Dr. Halliday as well as worked at several spas, allowing her the opportunity to travel and grown her knowledge in aesthetics. Adrianne is constantly looking for growth and education as she feels it's important to be good at changing her course of action with the latest trends. She loves all aspects of aesthetics, she is certified in Hylron Pen, HydraFacial, Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning, Cool Sculpting, and Laser. 

Adrianne is passionate about educating her clients on a treatment plan that would be best for them-the most important part of taking care of your skin and seeing results. You can trust her knowledge, experience, artistic eye, and attention to detail.
